We have a store in Bold Street in Liverpool city centre. The full address is The Custom Cupcake Company, 66 Long Lane, Aintree, Liverpool, L9 7BN (please call us on 0151 345 5575 to arrange a mutually convenient time).

We accept PayPal, bank transfer or cash, or we can take debit and credit card payments in the Liverpool store.

Cupcakes are at their prime on the day you receive them, but are quite happy in an airtight container for up to 4 days, or 6 days in the fridge.

All ingredients are of the freshest and highest quality, we do not use artificial additives or life prolonging magic. Our cakes are 100% natural and child friendly. Most of our products are dairy free. For anyone with allergies, please refer to the allergy question below.

We deliver at a cost of £1 per mile.

You are of course more than welcome to collect your cakes in person from our Liverpool store.

The minimum for any order is 12 regular cupcakes (2 flavours), 36 mini, or one giant cupcake.

We can provide cakes that are gluten free and cakes that are suitable for coeliac diets.

We cannot guarantee that our kitchen is nut free so please be aware of this before ordering.
